Official testing for the 2011 season will begin in the month of February next year and will continue until a week before the opening event of the season.
Two tests have already been conducted after the end of the current season at Abu Dhabi that involved the young drivers’ test and the Pirelli programme; both of which were held at the Yas Marina Circuit.
For next year, three sessions will be conducted in Spain followed by the final session at Bahrain. The 2011 season begins with the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend starting 11th March.
