Marketing agency KHP partners with Austin track

Circuit of the Americas announced its latest partnership with motorsports marketing agency, KHP Consulting. A global leader in sports marketing, KHP works directly with teams, athletes, sponsors, promoters, rights holders and governing bodies in major championships such as Formula 1, World Rally Championship, America’s Cup, PGA European Tour, NBA basketball, MotoGP and the Olympic Games. The company is recognized for its success in opening multiple new Formula 1 circuits around the world, including the Korean International Circuit and Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

“The KHP team has proved to be a key resource for our staff as we prepare for our first United States Grand Prix,” said Julie Loignon, vice president of public and community relations for Circuit of the Americas. “Opening a new Grand Prix venue and preparing for the tens of thousands of race fans and national and international media representatives that will attend a Formula 1 event takes careful planning and execution. KHP has significant expertise upon which our management team can draw, and the consulting firm’s years of experience serving the F1 community will be invaluable to us as we move quickly towards our grand opening this fall.”

KHP Consulting is recognized as a leader in motorsports marketing. They were the first to introduce many programs into Formula 1 events that the series continues to include today, such as drivers’ autograph sessions, start grid presentations and pit walks for fans. KHP will work with Circuit of the Americas’ marketing, public relations and guest services departments to develop exciting, innovative programs and accommodations to promote a positive experience for teams, drivers and fans.
